PARTS LIST

STEP 2: Preparing for T Top Installation.

Positioning of the lower half of the side frame.

Allow for 1 to 7 inches of clearance from the center console to the T-Top's lower side frame. Always check the floor for any wires or objects that could interfere with mounting:.

Position the lower half of a side frame where you want it and mark its location. Remove the frame. Then, measure the exact distance from the front mounting point on the port side to the front mounting point on the starboard side, and record this measurement.

STEP 3: Assemble the side support frame

Attach the lower half and upper half of the side frames using the bolts and split washers.

Note: the Dolphin logo faces outwards from the boat

Note: the bolt heads will be concealed in the countersunk area and face inwards towards the console.

Note: you have a Port and Starboard Side Frame as described above logos facing outwards

STEP 4: Attach the ball clamps to the top of the side frames

The top of the side frame has a countersunk circle with a threaded hole, and the ball clamps have a raised circle area. Insert the raised circle area into the countersunk hole of the side frame. insert the bolt from inside the ball clamp into the side frame end and tighten.

NOTE: Allow the ball clamp to rotate very slightly for adjustment.

STEP 5: Assemble the front and center section of the top frame

Note: the shape of the front section is narrow and also has a curved bend that faces downwards when attached to the side support frames of the T Top.

Note: for proper T Top installation, the lap joints have a number on the flat face that matches these up for correct installation

STEP 6: Attach the side supports to the assembled top section

Orient the side support arms: the logo should be on the outside, and the handle should face the rear. Confirm the small curved top frame bends downward.

Remove the tops of the ball clamps, noting their internal numbers to ensure correct T Top Installation.

Mark the center of the top section's crossbar. Then, use your recorded deck mount measurement to mark corresponding positions on the two crossbeams of the assembled top section.

Attach the partial top section to the support frame, verifying correct orientation of all components. Refer to product images if needed.

STEP 7: Attach the T top to the floor of the boat

Place the T Top you have assembled on the marks you have made near your console. Now you can pre drill and use the bolts and backing plates, and lock in your mounting points

NOTE: Check the floor for any wires or objects before drilling holes.

STEP 8: Attach rear section of the top frame to the T Top

STEP 9: Attaching the Sunbrella T Top boat cover to the top frame.

Remove the cover and lay it out on the ground.

Locate the zipped front pocket on the T Top boat cover and place it over the T-Top's front section, then zip it closed. Unfold the rest of the cover, hook it over the back of the frame, and zip that section up. Secure the Velcro corner tabs. Lastly, tighten the side sections using their zippers and velcro tabs.

STEP 10: Attaching standoffs to T Top side main frames.

CARE AND MAINTENANCE

Be sure to check and tighten all fasteners and connections prior to every use

Be cautious when towing or driving under obstacles, low-hanging structures, or trees. Leave your Dolphin T Top in the erect position when towing behind a vehicle.

Use soap and water to clean your tower.

Avoid abrasive material that might scratch or damage the tower's protective finish.

Always rinse and wipe down the tower after contact with salt (brackish) water.

While durable, the 304 Stainless Steel on your product needs consistent polishing and maintenance to retain its finish. It's important to care for it regularly.

It is recommended that you spray a clear protective coat over the grub screws and fittings.
to help protect from corrosion.

Be aware that no dealer, retailer, or manufacturer can extend or alter the terms of this warranty. This is our sole warranty, superseding all others.

WARNING
Please be aware that your boat's specific construction, including deck and wall thickness, may lead to movement at the T-Top's mounting points. Any movement at these points caused by your boat's construction or increased pressure on joints due to incorrect mounting will void the warranty. When in doubt, do not install the T-Top. Remember to check all bolts and components thoroughly before each use, particularly after towing or adjusting the T-Top.
