Krypt Watersports Return & Exchange Policy

At Krypt Watersports, we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

 Can I return this item?

  • Yes, most items purchased directly from our website can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.
  • To qualify, the item must:
    • Be in the same condition you received it
    • Be unworn or unused
    • Have all tags attached
    • Be in its original packaging (internal packing and box)
    • Be purchased directly from our website (items bought through other dealers must be returned through them)
  • Items cannot be returned if they are:
    • Final sale items
    • Customized products (replacement canopies in colors other than Black or Navy Blue are comsidered customized)
    • Perishable goods, gift cards, hazardous materials, flammable liquids/gases
    • Electronics or luxury goods unless defective or damaged upon receipt
  • We reserve the right to decline returns if patterns of abuse are detected (e.g., frequent returns or used items being sent back).

How much time do I have?

  • You have 30 days from the day you receive your item to request a return or exchange.
  • For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please contact us within 5 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Will the return cost me anything?

  • Free Returns: We provide free return shipping labels for eligible items. Items that do not qualify for free returns are: T Tops, Radar Arch, Leaning Post, and Ebox.
  • Restocking Fees: If the item cannot be resold as new, a restocking fee of up to 50% may be deducted from your refund after inspection.
  • Exchanges: Exchanges are free within 30 days, subject to inventory availability. Extra-large items (such as T-Tops, Radar Arches, and Leaning Posts) may not qualify for free exchanges.

How do I start a return or exchange?

  • Contact us at sales@bulletlines.com or reply to your original order confirmation email.
  • Provide your order number and the email address used at checkout.
  • If approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions.
  • For exchanges, we’ll ship your replacement once the original item is scanned by the carrier or received at our facility.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved.
  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3 business days.
  • Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
