Return Window - 60 days from purchase date

Return Responsibility - Customer is responsible for cost of returning an item. However, we will provide return labels when the responibility falls on Krypt for defective products or wrong item received. 

Restocking Fees - We do not like to charge restocking fees, but if the item cannot be resold as new, then we will charge up to a 30% restocking fee which is deducted from the refund. 

Original Shipping Refund - We do not refund shipping paid to ship the order.

Returns are easy with Krypt Towers. Please be sure to repack everything exactly the way it came; clamp halves screwed together tight, each piece has a protective sleeve, and the additional hardware in baggy; packed any other way and there will be shipping damage. Please contact us or reply to your original order confirmation email saying that you would like to return the item for refund. If you do not have the original email, then email us at sales@bulletlines.com with the name as it appears on the order, and saying you would like to return the item. We will reply within a reasonable amount of time with a return authorization number and instructions.
