PARTS LIST

STEP 2: Assemble the top cover frame of your SS T Top from Krypt T Top.

The frame will hold together.

Note: The front and rear curved bars have a slight upwards curve.

STEP 3: Assemble the cross bars of the top cover frame.

Note: The cross-bar curve faces upwards as well.

Take the front cross beam. Slide the two flat tab tube fittings onto it; these will connect your front legs to the beam.

Note: There is also a triangular fitting at each end of the cross beam.

STEP 4: Attaching the cross beams to the outer top frame.

Detach the curved front end of the top frame. On each straight side, slide on a flat tab tube fitting, then reattach the curved front bar. Position the flat tab fittings near the joint.

Attach the front cross beam (curved side up) from side to side. Repeat this process for the rear cross beam. You can adjust the cross beams' position along the side tubes before locking them in place.

You should now have the top frame and cross beams together.
You can attach the T Top boat cover now if you wish, or do it later.

STEP 5: Assemble the brace bar between the front leg and the rear legs

Note: Front legs use the slightly curved length for their legs facing forward.

Note: Rear legs use the large curved length for their legs facing to the rear and outwards
You can adjust the angle of the brace bar to fit the distance between the front and the rear leg.

STEP 6: Installing T Top on center console

For installing your T-top on center console, place the front leg's bottom roughly 2-4 inches from the floor. Mark the mount's position on the console, aiming for wide leg placement for best stability.

Check inside your console for wires before drilling.

To reinforce your console and prevent flex, we advise adding a 12mm plywood backing behind the alloy disc when attaching the mount. Mount the second leg as high as possible on the console. You can set the rear leg higher off the floor than the front to create an angled top, increasing rear head clearance.

STEP 7: Install your T Top Boat Cover if you have not already done so

STEP 8: Attach the front legs to the top frame cross beam.

Before you lock in the small grub screw you can rotate the legs to the position you need.
It is recommended that you face the front leg curve forward.

Connect the top of the front legs to the flat tab tube fittings found on the top frame's cross beam. These flat tab fittings are adjustable, allowing you to slide them into the optimal position along the beam. This flexibility lets you mount the legs either pointing directly forward or angled slightly outward.

STEP 9: Attach the rear legs to the top frame side bar to finish your T Top installation.

The rear leg's curve should face backward and angle outward. Rotate these legs outward to meet the top frame's side bars. The flat tab tube fitting can be placed on either the top frame's side bars or the cross beam's outer edge.
Choose the position that provides the best stability for your specific console.

Lowering for storage: You can remove the T Top by detaching the 8 bolts from the mounts. OR remove all 6 bolts from the mounts, leaving the bottom 2 front leg bolts. Then pivot the T Top forwards. You can also loosen the top of the front legs from the top cover.

WARNING: This is not simple, and you are required to be careful of the moving parts.

CARE AND MAINTENANCE

Be sure to check and tighten all fasteners and connections prior to every use

Be cautious when towing or driving under obstacles, low-hanging structures, or trees.  Leave your Dolphin T Top in the erect position when towing behind a vehicle.

Use soap and water to clean your tower.

Avoid abrasive material that might scratch or damage the tower's protective finish.

Always rinse and wipe down the tower after contact with salt (brackish) water.

While durable, the 304 Stainless Steel on your product needs consistent polishing and maintenance to retain its finish. It's important to care for it regularly.

It is recommended that you spray a clear protective coat over the grub screws and fittings.
to help protect from corrosion.

WARNING
Please be aware that your boat's specific construction, including deck and wall thickness, may lead to movement at the T-Top's mounting points. Any movement at these points caused by your boat's construction or increased pressure on joints due to incorrect mounting will void the warranty. When in doubt, do not install the T-Top. Remember to check all bolts and components thoroughly before each use, particularly after towing or adjusting the T-Top.

WARNING
Do not stand, climb, or jump off the tower.

Do not tow the boat behind a vehicle with the T Top lowered.

Do Not Ski, wakeboard, use tow tubes, boats, or other watercraft from the tower.
